2026-2027 DISCERNMENT PROGRAM FOR MEN AND WOMEN
If you are interested in journeying with other like minded people and discern where God is calling you, please consider applying for the discernment program. A tailored formation program for men and women aged 19 - 35 to accompany them in their discernment to the Priesthood (men) or Consecrated Religious Life (men and women). The Discernment Program consist of the following 4 pillars.
Parish Ministry or Other Apostalate
Participate in a ministry and service through a local parish or another approved apostalate (ie. Serra Club, Youth Ministries etc).
Involvement in the liturgy and community events.
Other ministries deemed appropriate by the pastor.
2. Mentor Priest or Religious: Journey with someone who will accompany you
Meet for regular one-to-one monthly catch-ups.
Receive mentoring in prayer, formation and the discernment journey.
3. Formation & Community: Receive formation in Christian Discipleship in areas such as:
Prayer and Evangelization
Attend Discernment Retreats and Visits to Seminary and Convents
Learn to pray with the Church through the Liturgy of the Hours
Spiritual direction with a priest

Encounter With God’s Call Weekend - Conception Seminary, MO (16+) under 19, must have parent’s permission or attend with a chaperone.
WOMEN - OCTOBER 2-4, 2026
